ITAS Core is operated by International Technical Automotive Systems Ltd (ITAS) for the vehicle manufacturers and networks that use it to manage their approved repairers.

What is held

• For people who sign in: name, work contact details, role, and training and qualification records, provided by you or your employer.
• For repair customers: the name, contact details and vehicle details entered by the repairer when a repair is registered, so that a repair certificate or satisfaction survey can be sent.
• Details of repairs, invoices, equipment and documents entered or uploaded by repairers.

Who it is for

The manufacturer or network you deal with decides what is collected and why. ITAS processes it on their behalf under contract. If you have a question about how your details are used, or would like them corrected or removed, contact the network through your usual channel or email [email protected].

Where it is kept

Information on this site is stored in the United Kingdom. Some processing is carried out by service providers in the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States, for example to deliver email, check uploaded documents and monitor the system. Where information leaves the country it is stored in, it is protected by the safeguards required under the law that applies to it.

How long

Account details are kept while the account is active and for a period afterwards for audit purposes. Repair customers' contact details are kept for as long as the network requires them.
